Business Development Manager (BDM)
The primary role of the BDM is to prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients. They must then plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the Company. They must develop a rapport with new clients and set close plans for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship. BDMs work with mid and senior level management, marketing, and technical staff. He/she may manage the activities of others responsible for developing business for the company. Strategic planning is a key part of this job description, since it is the business manager’s responsibility to develop the pipeline of new business coming in to the company and to ensure that pipeline on CRM is constantly up to date. This role requires a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and of the company’s competitors.
Product Manager (ProdM)
The successful Product Manager will be working with a small, cutting edge team who are continuing to refine, extend and innovate on a product platform that is already revolutionizing Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) and Risk Management. Due to an increase in growth, we are looking for another Product Manager to aid in the maturation and development of new capabilities.
You will be building products from existing ideas and helping to develop innovative ideas based on your industry experience and your contact with the market. We expect you to support the strategy and direction of the product, validated through broad engagement with customers, industry analysts and account management teams.
